a blueprint for aliveness

welcome to the journey back to yourself

You deserve to feel fully seen and fully loved.

In the process of living our lives, we disconnect from pieces of ourselves in order to survive.

There is no shame or blame in this—it’s just life.

But what happens when we realize we want to reconnect to ourselves, and we don’t know where to start?

Arkitekt provides a circle, a curriculum, and a community to help you Come Home To Yourself.

The circle

Arkitekt circles are a nurturing space for self-exploration, community connection, and spiritual growth, intended for anyone feeling the disconnection between their longings and their lives.

Circles are for people who want a place to explore their interior world without having to attach that exploration to ideology or dogma. They are a place to practice showing up as your whole self, without apologies or shame, and to experience what it’s like to bring yourself into the light, and experience full acceptance.

With over a decade of experience facilitating circles, we offer a few in-person circles each semester made up of 7-10 humans who commit to meeting together every 3-4 weeks for a semester at a time.

The curriculum

Arkitekt provides a 12-step course in Coming Home to Yourself broken down into three modules: Deconstruction, Reconstruction, and Integration.

The monthly Curriculum and Coursework provides a Blueprint for each stage of this journey, drawing from many wisdom and spiritual traditions that seek to light the path of authentic self-discovery as both personal and communal liberation.

Each month includes 20-30 pages of original content for reading and reflection, prompts for journaling and circle discussion, a monthly story video and embodied movement video, and curated podcasts, articles, book excerpts, and book recommendations.

The Curriculum is a living document backed by 15 years of academic and experiential research, and reflects the accumulated wisdom of hundreds of Arkitekt Kindred who have gone through our circles.

the community

Our deepest hope is for people to feel heard, seen, and held.

We heal in community, as we experience the long-term commitment of Kindreds who show up to help us remember we are not alone—like Ram Dass said: we are all just walking each other home.

You are not alone. You will not fall through the cracks. You are held and you are beheld in the gaze of unconditional love.

The Arkitekt community weaves you into a whole network of guides and Kindreds as you practice remembering the way home to yourself.

Our mission

we help people recognize oppressions, embrace transformation, and become liberated from the inside out so that who we are and how we show up in the world come into alignment.

bedrock beliefs

source

We believe spirituality is an evolving orientation, and that we each have the right and the responsibility to explore our orientation to that which is larger than us, throughout our lives.

We honor diverse expressions of belief and lean into the mysteries that make us unique, as well as the connective commonalities of the human experience.

We celebrate the naming of Source in whatever language aligns with each person’s integrity.

self

We believe every soul is Beloved, and that as we experience our fundamental safety, belonging, and dignity, we will access the capacity to show up as our True Selves, first within circle and then with more and more consistency in our daily lives.

We believe we already have what we need inside of us.

And, at the same time, we need space, words, and community to help us remember the way to Come Home To Ourselves.

kindred

We believe, like Ram Dass said, that we are all just walking each other home.

We heal as we hear ourselves and feel ourselves heard, seen, and held.

We learn how to belong to ourselves so that we might remember how to belong to each other, and how to co-create spaces of belonging upon the Earth.

When we awaken and align into our Belovedness, we begin to act in ways that affect lasting change in the world.

Why we do what we do

"The entire work of consciousness speaks to a process by which we sculpt away the excess, all that we are not; finding and releasing the GESTURE OF SOUL that is already waiting, complete, within us."  -Mark Nepo

"The support, love, and friendship I have received from my Arkitekt sisters has been life-changing.  I allowed myself to be seen, the hard way – in my brokenness, my drowning, my being lost…I have grown in ways I didn’t know possible. "
